Refund & Returns

STANDARD RETURN POLICY (Singapore ONLY)

Thank you for purchasing your item(s) through our website. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.


Return Process Details

Please take note that:

  • Only items that have been purchased directly through flexseagaming.com can be returned to us
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories intact
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • All promotional, bundled products that are part of the order and Gift with Purchase should be returned together

Please note the following exceptions:

  1. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on our CONTACT FORM
  • In “Contact Reason” choose “Order from website” and click Submit
  • Click on “Submit A Support Case” and fill in the form
  • Once completed, our team will reach out to you via email within 1 – 3 business days
  • Please indicate the following on the outside of the return package:
    • Order Number
    • RMA Number
    • Case Number

Additional information:

  • For customer convenience returns, you may select your preferred carrier and arrange for a return
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost and following up with the carrier on the status of the return
  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable carrier service
  • We will not be liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resealable condition, inclusive of full packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item
  • Any item(s) returned without prior authorization will be considered an ineligible return. You will neither receive a refund nor have the item shipped back to you
  • Please request for and retain the drop-off receipt until you receive your refund. Not doing so could result in a delay of, or failure to receive your refund.
  • A refund will be provided for the amount paid for the returned product, excluding any charges for the initial shipping of the product when it was purchased
  • It can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return upon receipt of your item at the returns center. After the return is processed the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days
  • We reserve the right to not refund

Warranty Policy

What is a Valid Proof of Purchase?

For any Limited Warranty claim, a valid Proof of Purchase is required. A valid Proof of Purchase is defined as one of the following:

  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized Dealer or Reseller. The receipt must show the Product description and price.
  • A dated official email from an authorized online Dealer or Reseller confirming purchase and shipment of Product. The confirmation e-mail must show the Product description and price.
  • An order number from the Flexseagaming.com web site

Some examples of a non-valid Proof of Purchase are:

  • The UPC bar code from the box.
  • A picture of the actual Product.
  • A Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Receipts from non-authorized Dealers.
  • Receipts from any online auction sites, liquidators or clearance houses.
  • A receipt or order number from any vendor other than fleseagaming.com or authorized online dealer.
  • Canceled checks.
  • Credit card statements.

*Flex Sea Gaming reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of claim.


Purchase Verification

Why do we require a valid Proof of Purchase?

  • We must positively identify that the Product falls within the applicable Limited Warranty period. We also need to verify that the Product was purchased from an authorized seller of Razer Products.
  • Products purchased from non authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective or gray market goods. These units may also not be designed and packaged to work in your country and may not meet all legal and safety requirements. We will not be able to honor a Limited Warranty on Products not purchased from an authorized dealer or ones that are outside the Limited Warranty period. If you have purchased the Product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and Limited Warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.

Who are our authorized dealers?

Flex Sea Gaming operates solely in the South East Asia (SEA) region. If you have purchased the product outside of this region, please contact your original reseller.
